Approved Vendors

Approved caterers and rental companies are listed here. Any vendors not on the list must be approved by building management prior to the event. All vendors must supply a certificate of insurance prior to each event. The certificate of insurance must name CRB Federal, LLC d/b/a/ Wexford Equities, LLC (Owner) and Colliers International Real Estate Management Services, LLC d/b/a Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Real Estate Management Services (Manager) as additional insured. A copy of the liquor license must be provided to Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler at least 48 hours prior to any event where alcohol is being served.

TBC Conference Center

The TBC Conference Center is located on the north side of the lower level at 3440 S. Dearborn Street, and includes an atrium as well as four conference rooms.

Conference Rooms A, C, and D are equipped with user friendly audio/visual equipment. Building staff are available to assist with set-up. Equipment includes:

LCD/Video projector for multimedia computer/DVD presentations
Motorized projection screens

Building Hours

Tenants have 24 hour, 7 days per week access to the Building with use of their access cards. Tenant employees without access cards or proper clearance on their cards will be granted access after standard hours only with special permission from the designated tenant contacts.

The Building is open to the general public as follows (hours subject to change for special events):

• Monday - Friday    8 am – 6 pm
• Saturday    8 am – 1 pm
• Sunday    Closed
