| IIT Tower Information |
IIT Tower is a full-service commercial office building. It was designed by Schmidt, Garden and Erikson and its construction was completed in 1964. A 20-story reinforced concrete structure with a façade of exposed concrete and insulated glass windows, the building contains 385,921 gross square feet with nineteen floors and a lower level basement. IIT Tower management provides the following building services:

In addition to supporting start-ups with wet & dry lab space within the Incubator building, University Technology Park (UTP) has opened the Co-op, which includes flexible, furnished 2-person offices and 1-person cubicles (with dedicated conference rooms) for emerging companies. The Co-op office suites are offered on the 16th floor within the IIT Tower at 10 West 35th Street by University Technology Park at IIT. Co-op-North (1,651 sq ft) is nearly full with a variety of software companies, and Co-op-South (2,201 sq ft) is in development. Tenants enjoy all the amenities and services of the IIT Tower in a choice location.
