Designed to get emerging companies up and running fast, the Technology Suites are a collection of pre-built wet and dry lab spaces in the TBC that are readily available on a short-term basis.
The Technology Suites are fully equipped with case work, chemical fume hoods, and sinks also in the wet labs.

The Technology Business Center is the gateway to the University Technology Park at IIT. It serves as the entrance to impress in the park's four-building complex, which is home to a fully functional technology incubator, a 19-story office tower, and the IIT Research Institute, one of the nation’s leading contract research organizations.
