Pre-built-out lab space in the TBC is available in various sizes and configurations (click on hyperlinks below for floor plans):

The premier building in the tech park is the Technology Business Center (TBC). It is designed for the dynamic convergence of bioscience, engineering and high-tech companies and is part of a four-building complex that houses a state-of-the-art incubator, a 19-story office tower and the IIT Research Institute, one of the nation’s leading contract research organizations (CROs). The TBC includes:
